Want to grow your own cut flowers to fill your house and give to others?

In this Quick Start Summer Flower Kit, I've kept it simple by selecting seeds for ten of the easiest-to-grow cut flowers, perfect for the vase and for posies to give away - all hand-picked for sowing this Summer.

There's lots of Cosmos because they are my absolute favourite flowers for the cutting patch, as well as a selection of other easy-to-grow cut flowers.

The Quick Start Summer Flower Kit contains:

Zinnia: (Green Envy) Unusual pale green single and double flowers on long sturdy stems. This neutral tone makes this flower the perfect complement to the brighter colours in your cutting patch. 125 seeds (approx)

Nicotiana: (Daylight Sensation) Also known as Ornamental Tobacco, these tube-like flowers in white, pink and red have a wonderful scent. 2000 seeds (approx)

Phlox: (Grandiflora Mixed) Pink, purple and white clusters of flowers, perfect for posies and complements just about any other flower from your cutting patch. 200 seeds (approx)

Briza Maxima: Beautiful grass with nodding heads with greeny-white spikelets that bring a romantic airiness to your cut flower arrangements. Perfect for drying too. Cut and come again which means the more you cut, the more it grows. Will also self-seed in the Autumn if you leave seed heads on. 110 seeds (approx)

Strawflower: (Silver pink) Also known as Paper Daisies or Everlasting Flowers these pale pink flowers can be used both fresh in posies and really come into their own as dried flowers that can extend your floral giving into the Autumn and Winter. 280 seeds (approx)

And then the following varieties of Cosmos (approx 75 seeds in each)

Sensation Mixed

Tetra Versailles

Daydream

Dazzler

Sea Stars

These are all seeds that we'll sow either directly into the garden now - or you can start off on your kitchen windowsill if you prefer.

If you're just starting out with The Floral Project, this is the easiest way to get started. Sidestep the overwhelm, the 'Which seeds do I sow when?' question and grow alongside all our other Floral Project members sowing exactly the same high quality seeds as you - and cheering on your progress as they grow:)

I'll provide instructions so you know exactly what to do with them and then as each seed becomes a seedling, and a flower ready to cut and put into jam jar posies and bouquets to fill our houses and give away, we'll all be doing it together.

The Quick Start Summer Flower Kit will be sent out to you right away with full instructions - all in our beautiful packaging, which makes it an ideal gift too.

Postage and packaging is included.

I hope you decide to grow alongside us as part of The Floral Project.

PS. I can only currently supply this to those in the UK (excl. Northern Ireland)

P.P.S. We do reserve the right to place any of the seeds above with a suitable alternative if growers run out of stock.

"I received my Flower Kit yesterday and it was the most beautiful thing I ever received - thank you Nic ❤️ I live in Cornwall and I have a smallish garden but I am on a waiting list for an allotment so my fingers are crossed that when the time is right, I will be able to have more space to grow flowers. I do not consider myself a gardener- I have always bought plants rather than grown from seed but since lockdown we have started a small vegetable patch and I'm keen to extend this for flowers. I may have to get a bit more creative for space but oh well! The idea of giving flowers makes me so happy. Thank you Nicola for this beautiful opportunity and I love and appreciate seeing all of your photos everyone. The flowers are looking stunning." - Kate
