Where's my order?

Your order should be with you 2-3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation via email.

If it is late, please check the delivery report from Royal Mail in your shipping confirmation.

If it shows “An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item” we would appreciate your patience and ask you to contact us if you haven’t received it within 10 working days, incl. Saturdays, of receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery reports are available via the tracking number in your shipping confirmation sent via email when your order was shipped. Click the tracking number and it should take you straight to the Royal Mail website. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, search in your inbox for “A shipment from order #”.
