Refund policy
Please note, monthly subscription boxes must be cancelled before 1st of the month to avoid payment being taken and your box being posted to you on the 1st.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item, as per the delivery report on your shipping confirmation, to return an item. The exception to this is our Flower Club Annual Membership (please see below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unopened in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, please affix the correct postage and return to the address above. Please also retain proof of postage in case of any issues during transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ANNUAL AND MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or partial refunds, following the 14 day cooling-off period detailed below, for any reason including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, failure to use the membership, or dissatisfaction with the service. This policy is in accordance with UK consumer law, which allows businesses to set refund policies for digital and subscription-based services, provided they are clearly stated before purchase. Your statutory rights, including those relating to defective or misrepresented goods or services, remain unaffected.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
14 day cooling off period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unopened in its original packaging.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
By purchasing an annual membership to The Flower Club, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final following the 14 day cooling-off period. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, failure to use the membership, or dissatisfaction with the service. You may request to skip up to 3 months of deliveries in any one subscription period by emailing hello@thefloralproject.co.uk. In the case of a skipped month, the end date of your subscription will be moved back one month. Your statutory rights, including those relating to defective or misrepresented goods or services, remain unaffected.
Please also note that if your initial month subscription box delivery is retained the normal £30 monthly cost will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund has been initiated and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
