Winter invites us to slow right down, to rest in the dark, and to trust that life is quietly at work beneath the soil.

Join me for a peaceful online gathering as we mark the Winter Solstice together. We’ll honour the pause, the rest, and the unseen beginnings that this season holds — both in our gardens and in our own lives.

During our time together we’ll:

• Reflect on what winter teaches us about patience, rest, and renewal

• Notice the beauty in bare branches, frosts, and long nights — and what they mirror in us

• Plant gentle seeds of intention, trusting in their hidden growth as we wait for the light’s return

You’ll leave feeling nourished, deeply rooted, and more attuned to the restorative rhythm of winter.

Bring a candle, your journal, and perhaps some greenery or berries from your garden to mark the turning of the year.
