Spring calls us to stretch, to unfurl, and to meet the season of beginnings with fresh energy.

Join me for a joyful online gathering as we mark the Spring Equinox together. We’ll honour the tender new growth all around us — and within us — as we step into a season of renewal.

During our time together we’ll:

• Reflect on what is ready to emerge in our own lives, just as seeds break through the soil

• Take inspiration from the garden’s courage to grow after winter’s rest

• Set intentions that align with the rising energy and longer days ahead

You’ll leave feeling uplifted, energised, and more connected to the natural rhythm of spring.

Bring a fresh flower, your journal, and perhaps a small bowl of seeds as a symbol of what you’re ready to grow.
